I was so nervous about the build, but Petro always made us at ease. He was always on time. His team is brilliant, especially Petro's cousin and the electrician, who always went above and beyond. Petro was a perfectionist and everything had to be perfect. We stayed at home throughout the build and Petro always made sure we were safe at all times. Amazing experience.

Moved back into my home just over a week ago since the building work had finished and I am thoroughly impressed with the outcome. Better than I expected. It was a very big job and found it hard to find a builder who I could trust until I found P&Z Building Services whom I came across working the local area to me. I found the quote to be competitive. Petrit and his team worked on this for approx 4 months and during the winter months and the quality of their work is outstanding. Petrit has a wealth of experience and it was a real joy to work with him and his team. Highly recommend!

They also renovated our utility room including downstairs WC to a high standard. Petrit is exceptionally good at giving great advice and ideas. Most importantly he is trustworthy, organised and communicates well. He is very easy to work with and keeps you updated on the work to be carried out.
